Nasaijit Financial Services Ltd. is a locally owned accounting, bookkeeping and financial service provider operating out of Iqaluit and Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. We offer remote services to clients located throughout the Kitikmeot, Kivalliq and Qikiqtani regions as well as service clients at our offices in Iqaluit and Rankin Inlet. We travel to client locales as requested.

Over the past several years, we have also developed several training programs related to accounting, government compliance and management for clients. The key to our success is in adapting the training to the specific client group and providing a significant component of hands-on or on-the-job training to ensure a practical learning environment.

Nasaijit Financial Services Ltd. (Nasaijit) has been providing high quality accounting services to Nunavut businesses since 1999. Our offices are located in Iqaluit at 917 Nunavut Drive (The Nunavut Building) and in Rankin Inlet at 24 Sivulliq Avenue.

Nasaijit's professional staff are all equipped with industry and technical experience to serve our clients. We are capable of handling a broad range of accounting and finance related issues, as well as non-financial concerns.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

Our bookkeepers keep accurate records of our clients' business transactions using a systematic bookkeeping process. We maintain correct and up-to-date financial records of our client's businesses and ensure that our recording process complies with the latest financial accounting standards.

Tax Compliance

Tax payments and deadlines are a time consuming endeavor to our clients. We offer assistance to business owners in complying with their tax requirements and deadlines. We prepare GST returns, payroll source deductions, records of employment, Nunavut payroll tax report filing and T4/T5 filings.

Business Registration

Running a business requires certain permits and licences from several government agencies. Business registration requires considerable amount of time and effort. We assist in setting up of business number (corporation, tax and payroll filings); WSCC and Nunavut Payroll Tax registration.

Management Training

Operating a business requires owners/employees who are trained in handling business and management problems. We offer office management and leadership training to enable our clients and its employees to carry out their duties and responsibilities in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
